We are a family who fell in love with this new craft and wanted to share it with other craft lovers.
We started selling diamond paintings at our local market in 2016 and have since opened our online store as well as our little shop on Anstruther Rd, Mandurah, W.A.
We have experienced the frustration of having to wait for 6-8 weeks for our kits to come from overseas so we decided to offer a quicker alternative to our fellow Australian customers.
We hold many kits in stock here in Australia for fast delivery (2 - 7 business days depending on your location).
New stock arrives weekly at Gem It so there's always something new to see.
We are Australian owned and operated, with stock in store situated in Perth, Australia.
Kelly is more than happy to help with any of your Custom queries, will offer advice on sizes and photos.
Custom and 'special orders' need to be ordered from our manufacturer but we use express shipping from China to speed up the process. Usually delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks.
We provide personal interaction with speedy replies to any queries or messages, and strive for 100% customer satisfaction - Any problems that may arise due to faulty merchandise or missing beads will be dealt with friendly, quick efficiency.
